Стаття присвячена Єлизаветі Яківні Краєвій — гідній представниці української мікропалеонтологічної школи П.А. Тутковського та О.К. Каптаренко-Черноусової, старшій науковій співробітниці Інституту геологічних наук НАН України, кандидату геолого-мінералогічних наук. Є.Я. Краєва є визнаним фахівцем-мікропалеонтологом, яка зробила вагомий внесок у вивчення форамініфер еоцену й олігоцену Південної України. Вона займалась біостратиграфією палеогенових відкладів платформної України і північно-західного шельфу Чорного моря за форамініферами, є розробником і співавтором першої стратиграфічної схеми палеогенових і нижньоміоце нових відкладів Південноукраїнської нафтогазоносної області, одним із авторів уніфікованої стратиграфічної схеми палеогенових відкладів платформної України. Наведена бібліографія наукових праць Є.Я. Краєвої.
